A professional trainer is not only able to train the fit, healthy, young clients but also those who suffer from an illness – with the right consultation and help from a doctor. Many people only try to change their lives once something bad has happened such as diabetes, posture problems or the weight developed over the years.
At this point, many buy fitness passes, and try to lose weight and train excessively. Not training the right way can, however, cause injuries, the lost kilos come back faster and the trials can cause one to lose motivation. Many contact personal trainers at this point.

I’ve been holding group and personal trainings of different styles for the past ten years, including kick-box aerobics, pilates and modern dance. I find it important to have variety, exercises which move the whole body, yet are safe considering spinal and joint problems.
In my classes we use machines and dumb-bells, as well as own body weight. I create each series of movements according to personal needs, keeping in mind the goals we have set and the perfect muscle balance.
